The EQUAL Control Lever for Dropper Seatpost is a lever that allows you to operate a dropper seatpost.
A dropper seatpost is a special type of seatpost that allows the rider to freely adjust the saddle height while riding by operating a lever.
By using a dropper seatpost, you can keep the saddle at its normal height for efficient pedaling on climbs, and lower it on descents to shift your center of gravity and ride more stably.
Due to these features, dropper seatposts are mainly used on gravel bikes and mountain bikes, but their convenience has recently attracted attention beyond the boundaries of on-road and off-road riding.
In addition, we have developed a dedicated cable set to make using a dropper seatpost even more comfortable when paired with the EQUAL Control Lever for Dropper Seatpost.
By using a 3mm outer cable that is 1mm thinner than standard, cable routing is made easier even in narrow frames, such as those made of chromoly.
We have adopted a connector system that makes it easier to accommodate changes in bike position.
Even when handlebar position adjustments are made, in many cases you can avoid restarting the entire cable routing process and simply replace the cable section between the connector and the lever.
