clearance should be adjusted using the pad adjustment bolt.<br>While adjusting with the Brake-leverage adjustment bolt will change the position of the outer pad, it will also affect the brake feel.<br>If adjusted significantly, it may enter the \u201cdanger zone,\u201d which can be hazardous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only use the Brake-leverage adjustment bolt in emergency situations\u2014such as when you\u2019re away from home, without a hex wrench, and the pads are significantly worn\u2014where not adjusting the lever stroke would pose a safety risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even in such cases, if squeezing the brake lever causes it to enter the danger zone, stop riding immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div
